It will take you approximately 2 hours each way , all the while taking your time, to go up the river till the Treglonou bridge and then to come back. Departure is usually planned
more or less 2h30 before high tide in order to reach Treglonou bridge at high tide and then to be able, after a good break, to return pushed by the ebbing
Bring on your picnic or snacks !
2017 Aber Benoit river departure schedule :
- Pick up your kayak either the day before between 07h00pm and 08h00pm or between 09h00am and 10h00am
- Bring back your kayak before 08h00pm
- Minimum rental duration: 1 day
- Kayak cart provided for free
